The whole league seemed to be off, maybe it Is because we played on Friday instead of our regular Saturday night. The teams that changed their standings were R. J. Excell Co., taking over 3rd place and Tebbs Jewelry 4th. Jack and Marlyn So-per have joined the R. J. Ex-cell team, replacing the Robl-sons. We are sorry to lose Vern and June. Our high bowlers this week were Bessie Perkins, 162 game and 421 series; Mary Barney, 138; Ileta Dix, 138 385; and Marva Woodard, 374 series. Pat Dlx, 208 and 557; Dick Excell, 194-500; Jack Soper, 170-495. IADIES WINTER LEAGUE 89 Ice Is forging rapidly a-head in their winning streak. They now hold 1st place with 11 wins and 1 loss. Al's TV Repair i3 In 2nd place with 8 to 4; Sharon's Beauty Salon is 3rd 7-5; Amway is 4th,T 5-7; Utah Power & Light is 5th, 4-8;and Flying M is a solid 6th, Ml. 89 Ice rolled a new high team game, 745 and had a 2071 series. Utah Power & Ligt had the 2nd high series, 1953; and Al's TV Repair had 3rd high with 1904. Donna Hubbard took the high single game, 188, and the high series of 501. Nlda Mae Jensen took 2nd high, 187 and 452; Sharon Stapley was 3rd with 183 and 449. TUESDAY NIGHT MIXED LEAGUE Flying M is still ahead in the second half of league play with 8 wins and no losses. Foy's Variety is in 2nd place, 5-3; Phillips 66 is 3rd, 4-4; The Thing and The Misfits are tied for 4th, 3-5; and "westing" in the cellar is Al's TV Repair, 1-7. Donna Hubbard had high game end series for the women. 198 and 497. Phyllis Mclnelly had 2nd high with 179 and 488. Violet Robinson had the 3rd high game, 176, and Nita North had 3rd high series, 455. Dennis Davis had high game and series for the men, 204 and 578. Gary Orton had 2nd high with 203 and 522. Dennis had 3rd high game, 185, and Dell Cooper had 3rd high series, 516. |
