Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to Change water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. a-4769 James L. Hatch, Panguitch, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion, place & nature of use of .50 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by the Cox Decree, p. 18, sec. E. int., I-ra W. Hatch Right. The water has been diverted from Henrie Slough, trib. to Mammouth Creek at a point S. 500 ft. and W. 500 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 12, TSJS. R7W, and used for incidental stockwatering and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 80 acres in Sec. 7, T37S, R6W. Hereafter .125 sec.-ft. of the .50 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from Mammouth Spring at a point N. 27'30' W. 2000 ft. from SE Cor. Sec 31, T37S, R8W, stored from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15, and used intermittently from May 1 to Nov. 15 for the domestic purposes of 200 summer cubins, also from May 1 to Nov. 15 for the stockwatering of 5 horses and for the irrigation of 4 acres of lawns and gardens. All uses in Sees. 3 & 4, T37S, R7W. The remain-ing .375 "sec.-ft. of water, not changed, will be diverted and used the same as heretofore, but limited to the irrigation of 60 acres and incidental stock-watering. Protests resisting the granting of the above Change Application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before January 22, 1966.
