Show HATCH Reva Lowder Our 24th program went off with a bang. We all enjoyed the morning parade, all Primary children took part and several business houses entered floats; there were children's races, sports and a dance. Horse races In the afternoon, a mutton fry and picnic at 4 p.m. on tho Mammoth, followed by a program. Town visitors during the week were the Miles and the Vern Barneys, Mary Barney, of Richfield; the Floyd and the Van Barneys, Mrs. George Middleton and children, Elliott Barney, the Frank Or-tons, the Vemon Holmansof Panguitch; the Jerry Rlggs, the M. H. Barnhursts, of St. George; Kllburn Wilson, the Lyle Porters, of Salt Lake; the Dee Porters of Glendale; tho Karl Weidemans and the Bert Barnhursts of Las Vegas; the E. Scott Chamber-11ns of Cedar City. Visiting the Grant Daltons and D. II. Evans last week were May, Linda and Myra Swapp and Terry Matsen of Salt Lake. Saturday, May and Myra Swapp, Velma Huntington, Beth and Delores Allred went to Tropic to visit the John Mechams. Tom and Laura Thompson and son of Calif, visited Mrs. L. L. Porter the past week. Tho Jack Woodards returned to Las Vegas after spending several weeks with the O. Barnhursts; the Austin Barnhursts visited them the latter part of the week. Reva Alexander of Salt Lake and Margo Christensen of Nephl are visiting Mrs. Effel Rlggs. Visitors at the Leon Sawyers are the Santley Sawyers and the Dee Callahans of St. George, the Karl Larsens of Calif. The Oscar Larsens .of Calif, and the Wallace Heaps of Cedar City are visiting at the J. E. Rlggs homo. Clint Waters of Richfield is staying with the Gale Wil-cocks. The Cloyd Campbell family had a get together Sunday In honor of Cloyd's birthday. Mrs. Ladd Holt and children of Salt Lake are visiting them for awhile. - The Grant Jensens' of Dalj City, Calif, visited In town last Sunday. Lois Farnsworth of Panguitch visited her grandparents last week while her parents toured Yellowstone Park and other places of interest. ( Marilyn Adams and son of Chicago and her mother Ber-1 neeta Tate of Mt Carmel vis-1 ited at the O. B. Huntington home on Tuesday. Velta Sawyer Is in theKa-nab hospital where she underwent a n appendectomy. Visiting her at the hospital were Mr. and Mrs. O. Huntington, Reva Lowder and Rell, May and Kent Sawyer, Donna and David Rlggs, II-eta Dix and children, Beth, nnd Lyle Allred, Verda and Vaelyn Sawyer. Vay Sawyer of Fredonla brought Vaelyn here to stay with her grand parents, the Arnold Sawyers while her mother is in the hospital. Cedar City visitors during the week were the Osmyn Deuels, May and Kent Sawyer, Jo and Carma Sawyer, Hope Dalton and children. The A. C. Nordells of Washington visited the E. F. Tur-cks part of last week. The Guy Evans family of ! Pleasant Grove visited several days last week at the Bob Evans home.
