Show I (IATCIT Reva Lowder The Sunday evening Service was given by the Sunday School. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Wilson spent last week In St George doing Temple work. Brent Turek was advanced to a Priest In the Priesthood. The Primary organization held their In Service training meeting Friday at the home of the President, Mrs. Earl Sawyer, they also had their yearly party with their husbands and partners invited; Ice cream and pie were served to a largo crowd. Visiting the Allen Hunt-lngtons in Panguitch were Jean Huntington on Thursday night and Boyd Huntington overnight on Monday. Visitors in Cedar City were the O. B. Huntingtons, Boyd Huntington, Vay Sawyer, the Max Haneys. The Relief Society met in Panguitch last Tuesday with the wards there In a R. S. so-rial. Mr. B. Nay and the Garn Wilcocks of Circleville visited Saturday with the Gale Wil-cock family. Afton Evans had a candy pull party Friday evening. ' Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wilson went to Aurora last week to attend funeral services for Vincent Wilkes (brother of Melvin Wilkes) who was killed in an auto-train accident. The Wilsons spent the weekend visiting in Richfield with his mother Mrs. Rebecca Wilson and sister Eunice Cope and at Bicknell with the Melvin Wilkes family. The Stanton Sawyer family of Nevada spent the weekend .here visiting. George Workman and the T. IL Sawyers accompanied relatives from Panguitch to Glendale to attend a farewell dance for Ross Workman, son of the Clark Workmans, who is leaving on a mission. Mr. and Mrs. Garth Heap took Conine and Deniece Cameron to Cedar City where they were met by their mother of St. George; Mrs. Orson Barnhurst went with them to Cedar City. Mrs. Abble Fallls is home after a month's visit In Texas with the Van Smiths. |
