Show NOTICE OF LEASE U-021916 Published pursuant to Section 7 of the Act of August 13, 1954, (68 Stat. 708) TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CON-CERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of a proper Request for Publication here, tofore filed In accordance with Section 7 of the Act of August 13, 1954 (68 Stat. 708) and the regulations thereunder (43 CFR 186.8) : 1. That on or about July 22, 1957, effective August 1, 195 , there was issued by the United States of America under and pursuant to the mineral leasing laws as defined in SecUon 11 of the Act of August 13 1954, (68 Stat. 708) an oil and gas lease to Mrs. Jane C. Davidson, as Lessee, and that Mrs. Jane C. Davidson, whose address is P.O. Box 522, Casper, Wyoming, is the present lessee under said lease as to tho lands described in Section 2 of this Notice, bearing Serial No. U-021946, as shown by the records of the bureau of Land Management, Department ot the Interior; and. 2. That said lease covers lands in tho County of Garfield, State of Utah, described as follows, to wit; Townsti.p 34 South, Range 10 East, Salt Lake .Meridian SecUon 31: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, EViWK EH (All) Township 35 South, Range 9 East, Salt Uke Meridian Section 1: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, SYiNtt, SW (All) Section 3: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, SUNK, SH (All) 3. That if any person claim, ing or asserting under, or by virtue or, any unpatented min. ing claim located prior to en. actment of the Act of August 13, 1054 (68 Stat. 708), any right or interest in Leasing Act minerals (as defined in SecUon 11 6f said Act of Aug-ust 13, 1954) as to the above-described lands or any part thereof, shall fail to filo In the . Ively deemed (1) to constitute a waiver and relinquishment by such mining claimant of . any and all right, title, and interest under such mining claim as to, but only as to, Leasing Act minerals, and (ii) to constitute a consent by such mining claimant that such min' ing claim and any patent issued therefor, shall bo subject to the reservation of Leasing Act minerals specified in secUon 4 of said Act of August 13, 1954, and (Iii) to preclude thereafter any assertion by such mining claimant of any Wght or title to or interest in any Leasing Act minerals by reason of such mining claim.
