Show Report On TV The reasons we haven't had TV the last two weeks are because the motor we had shorted out, also Beaver is having trouble with their amplifiers. They are sending them all into Salt Lake to be rescoped. They have Channel 2 In to Salt Iake and now when It is returned they will Install It and then pull out Channel 4 anu then Channel 5. When this is all completed we should have fairly good television which should be better when we get our channels separated. We get just what Beaver puts out, Engineers have advised tut TV committee not to spend any more money on TV for separation, etc., until alter the FCC has approved the boosters. They will advise U3 of the type boosters to get, which will be installed according to engineers specification We have received a Fair banks Morse deisel motor which is installed and running perfectly. Fully automatic, it is running from seven t'J twelve now; until it is broker in good, it will have to be started manually. The TV Committee is very grateful to the response of the community who has been 1CP percent behind them. They are especially thankful to the people who have been helping out on the hill in the cold and snow. Later on when the weather will permit, the committee would like to find a signal direct from Salt Lake. |
