Show ANTIMONY Pvt. Grant Troctor Is spending a 10 day furlough with hi wife, and parents Mr. and Mrs. Vee Proctor. He will report back to Fort Ord to a school for cooks. Mr. and Mrs. Dud Olson (Carol) Nelson of rieasant drove spent the weekend with her parents, the Del Mar Nelsons. Raymond Davis had to have four stitches taken In his head after being accldently hit on the head with a ball bat at school. Donna Savage entertained 14 friends at a party Sunday on her 11th birthday. Pauline and Carlisle Hulet and baby of Summit visited Saturday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. It. L. Mathews. Mary Riddle and son Brent are home after visiting four days with her sister Zala in Richfield. Mark V. was the name given to the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugene King last Sunday in meeting. Howard E. was the name gien to the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Ephrlam Twltchell. Judy Riddle had to have four stitches taken on' her lip when she slipped and fell from a board fence Wednesday. Visiting the past week with A vera Montague have been her two sons, Cecil and Calvin, of Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Vee Proctor and their son Grant and his wife visited over the weekend at Salt Lake with Maude Hogan. A Sunday evening program, under the direction of the Relief Society, was presented In the Ward chapel Sunday. Hugene and Ronnie Ward and Stanley and Riley of Heaver were Sunday guests of some of the local girls. Kva Twltchell of MantI visit ed with her daughter Heatrlce Davis last Saturday. Mr and Mrs. II. U Mathews went to Venice last Thursday to visit their daughter Cell a and family and care for the children. The nurse and doctor were ut the school house Monday to give shots to the school children and town people. The school building committee and their companions had an tvnjoyable trip Friday to Cedar City ,lo visit their schools and also their new school building under construction. Visitors at the Eugene King home Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Lyman King of Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Oruce Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Smith of Circle-vllle. The Del Moores have brightened their home with a new coat of paint on the out side. - |
