Creg Mortenson, son or Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Mortenson, underwent an operation at Pangultch Hospital Aug. 3. He Is now home and reeling fine. Mra. Fay Lay Is sporting a new car. Mr. and Mra. George nird are ' parents or a baby girl bora on Aug. 8. - Arda Beth Whlttaker and Joyce Whlttaker are away on a week'a 'vacation. A large crowd attended Sacrament meeting Sunday at 8:30 p.m. Twenty girls received Individual awards for 1952-63 In MIA. Mrs. Edra Norton gave a talk on requirements needed to receive the awards which were presented by Bishop Dalton. Ilex Whlttaker and Carl Sandenberg, of Monroe, were the .speakers. Linda Painter gave a piano selection. Mr, and Mrs. George Sandenberg or Monroe visited here Sunday night. A large number of people attended funeral services for Mrs. Berdene Savage in Antimony. The Mutual MIA Maid Class gave a party for their mothers , Monday night, under the direction of their teacher, Mra, Vivian , Peterson.
