Mrs, Cora Cooper attended the Homecoming celebration at DYu where her son Kenneth Is a student. Margene Mooro and Dixie Thompson were visitors at Salt Ike from Tuesday to Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Hill spent a few days at Salt Lake last week. Mr. and Mrs. A. It. Cherrlng-ton made a trip to Dountlful last week to attend the funeral services for his aunt. They also Wslted with their son Dob and tamlly at Provo. 1Lt. Franklin L. and Mrs. Daly and small son, who are stationed at Smoky Hill Air Force. Base In Sallna, Kans. are home on leave and visiting with his folks, Mr. and Mrs. James T. Daly Jr. They plan to go on to Calif. In a few days to visit with Mrs. Daly's parents. Elder Douglas Tebbs. son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley D. Tebbs, has been transferred In his mission headquarters from Columbus, Ohio to Evansvllle, Indiana. Mrs. Edith Marchant and children Sherri and Famela spent two weeks visiting with Edith's parents, Mr. and M.rs. James L. Hatch. She was accompanied home to Salt Lake by her mother and Mrs. Lloyd Hatch who visited for a week at Salt Lake, returning home Monday evening. Doyl and Kathryn Ipson have been naaied First Counselors of the MIA at the Webster Ward at Salt Lake. They had previously served as dance directors for ;he Ward MIA. Joseph Owens and Mrs. George Dodda have recovered, from recent Illnesses. Glade T. Owens made a trip to Salt Lake last week to bring them home. Mrs. Cecil It. Judd andchll- dren have left for England to rejoin Cecil who Is stationed there with the Air Force. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Whitney (Alice Henrle) of Upland, Calif, are parents, of a baby girl born on Nov. 4th. Mr. and Mrs. James 1. Cameron of St. George visited In town over the weekend. Mrs. Horace Broadhead underwent an operation at the Tooele hospital on Oct. 19th. She was able to return to her home on Nov. 2nd. Mr. and Mrs. itttoadhead also reveal that their son Leo It. was married to Eldean Hanson on Oct. 30th. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hatch are giving a Trousseau Tea on Saturday, Nov. 12, In honor of their daughter Elizabeth Ann.
