IUm ! freshments were csrved during ' the, evening by the Ladies' Club Tho Band furnished the dime ' ' music. A novel feature was u voting contest to dcteminio tho mobt popular lady dancer. Votea wei'o sold at tho rate of 10 cents for 100 votes. Tho contest waa spirited and considerable rivalry soon developed between sup porters of Miss Vilolet Moldron of Tremouton and Miss Juli .Manning of Garland. Inturcs was at fever lieat during th last few minutes of tho conies as both sides had waited to so what tho other Bido would A for their lady.
