Show Stake Relief Society Semi-Ann'l Conference The semi-tumunl conference of.thc Bear River Stake Relief Socioty convenionecl at the EL wood hall Wednesday June 15, 1910, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. All the societies of the stake were represented and. a good turn out was present. Relief Society Stake Prest. Julia A. Richards presided. Stake Prest. M. IT. Welling, Counselors P. M. Han- l4f. 8011 mul Josl)n Jonson, the Stake Relief Society Presidency and three board members, one momber of High Council and four bishops attended the sessions ses-sions and Sistors Minnie Horn James and Annie K. Hardy of tho Relief Society general board were in attendance. MOItKING SESSION 10 a. 111. Singing "Softly Beams tho Sacred Dawning." Prayer by Bp. M. J. Richards. Singing "Peaco Be Still." Opening remarks re-marks by Prest. Julia A Richards. Rich-ards. T h e morning session was dovoted chiefly to hearing reports from a number of tho various ward societies. The financial report of tho Stake Roliof Socioty sinco tho organization organ-ization of the Bear River Stake, to date, was read by Treasurer Alice S. Larson and accepted. Mr. and Mrs. J. K. Fridal, Jr., favored all present with a choice musical selection which was follower! fol-lower! by timely remarks by Sistors Minnie H. James and Annie K. Hardy. Singing "Come Thou Glorious Day of Promise" Benediction by Fanny Garn. " During the noon hour an elab orate luncheon was served by v 1t the Elwood society and El- J; wood's band rendered some fine BJ musical selections. AFTERNOON SESSION 2 p. 111. Singing "The Lord Imparted From Above." Prayer by Bp. James Nolson. Singing "I Need Thee Every Hour." The stake and general officers of the Roliof Society wore presented an d unanimously sustained. Reports of a number of the ward societies wore given and vocal solos were rendered by Essie E. Foulger and Lavona Johnson. Addresses wore then given by Sisters Hardy and James and remarks made by J. P. Ohristonsen, Joseph Jensen, P. M. Hanson, H. K. Fridal and Prest. M. H. Welling. Expressions Ex-pressions of thanks and appreciation appreci-ation wore thon made by Prest. Julia A. Richards.
