Tho complaint com-plaint asked damages In tho sum of 10,000. Many witnesses were examined for both sides nnd tho case finally went to tho jury yesterday afternoon. A verdict was rondorcd In favor of tho plaintiff, plac'lng tho damages at 1300.00. Mrs. Geo. W. Miller and children of Garland, woro visiting hor parents Prest. and Mrs. L. A. Snow during tho week.
