linston ton as a farewell to mr air and mrs G 0 sweeten and daughter orpha who are leaving the community to make their 0 home in american falls idaho the party wa va v arrah arranged ged by the people ot of collingston collinston Col linston and deaver beaver dam and was attended by everyone in the two towns A aw lew guest M dewey east garland riverside fielding and honeyville were also in attendance the evenings entertainment commenced with a program which at first had a very sad tone to it but when mr adams ot of east garland carland was called upon he started the ball rolling in the other direction with his comic songs and speeches the program was followed by a delicious two course luncheon after which games and dancing were enjoyed until 4 a in the crowd left expressing regret at the departure but wishing the sweeten family success 1 in 1 their new home 0 the oak camp ot of the daughters of tile the pioneers met a athe home of mrs flora C hatch last friday evening mrs J IT hansen gave a very interesting report ot of early pioneer life in box elder county mrs edna S hatch gave a sketch of the life of mrs fannie hatch miss aliss mamie duffin mrs ray cornia and miss elnora hatch entertained with musical numbers mrs fred sorensen of the central centra I 1 camp was present after the meeting refreshments were served to about thirty guests and a social hour was spent 0 mrs arnold nelson entertained at a surprise party in honor of her husband last tuesday night it being ills his forty seventh birthday anniversary during the evening musical numbers were rendered games
