Show OBITUARY funeral services for the late L P C nielsen former resident of this city and mantua who died at his home in ammon idaho on the of january from Brik brights fits disease were held at that place on the under the direction ot of bishop leonard ball the speakers were A C anderson Ander sou J J J hammer J N N southwick pres heber C austin and bishop ball mr air nielson was born february ath 1855 in denmark and emigrated to this country with his parents in 1862 the father and one brother died on the ocean and were buried at sea and a sister died and was burled on the journey across the plains the mother and little son arrived in salt lake and later came on to mantua where mr nielsen continued to do reside jintil 1903 when he removed io to idaho falls mr nielsen burled buried his first wife who was the mother of 0 his five children who survive him they are dr LP nielsen leo J nielson jesse H nielsen mrs edna dna N wold and mrs sarah N sim icons ier mr nielsen married again and hla his wife also survives he tilled filled three missions two to denmark and ono to california on his bis last mission to denmark he was joined by mrs niel aen who performed missionary work in the copenhagen conference for or a year or more mr and mrs rupert P olsen ot of this city went up to ammon to attend the funeral |
