assist the city council to make the needed improvements that should be made in every town that Is forging ahead the way we are wo we havo have the attractions to bring tile the strangers to our midst and these same strangers will leave money with us their travel fravel will cause good roads to be built they will cause the country to go ahead in more ways than one can idly imagine DUT liba tho the city must havo have bell must b have aye win it in every way pos sibl 9 woi we need work done dona an oa oar 0 cs st streets a we need help in the wi way y of se securing cAring the proper water ser service vice the most moat wonderful help any town can have something that no town can get along without we have the best beat water in the world and it if used judiciously we have plenty pt 0 it IT
