Complete returns re-turns have been received in this city from Rich county, Rawlings receiving 163 votes and Cannon 133, a democratic majority of 35. Nebeker, democratic candidate for delegate to the constitutional constitu-tional convention, recjived 170 votes and Walters, republican, 140. Complete returns from Weber show that the democrats have elected the entire county ticket except the collector collec-tor and three selectmen. The democrats demo-crats hae assuredly elected six delegates dele-gates to the constitutional convention and possibly seven, although the indications indi-cations are againBt it. The democrats lose a constitutional delegate in Piute county. Just now all interest centers in Sanpete San-pete county. On Wednesday night.the returns indicated that the democrats had elected four of the delegates and the republicans three. Yesterday's returns re-turns reveisei this, and the republi cans apparently have four delegates, and complete returns may giye them more. ' The most favorable estimates give the democrats 55 members of the constitutional con-stitutional convention and the republicans republi-cans 52, but the probability 8 that the republicans will have control of the convention by a very small majority. Democrats are assured of con titu tional delegates as follows : Box Elder county, 4; Cache, 8; Davis, 3, Emery, 3; Garfield, I; Morgan, 1; Rich, 1; San Juan, 1; Salt Lake, 5; Uintah, l;Utah, 12; Wayne, 1: Wasatch, 2; Washington, 2; Weber, 6. Total 51. Weber county may giye 1 more, and Sanpete may give 3. The republicans are assured of 52 delegates as follows: Beaver, 2; Grai d, 1; Iron, 1; Juab, 3; Kane, 1; Mi lard, 2; Piute, 1; Sevier, 3; Sanpete, 4 (3 in doubt,; Salt Lake, 21; Summit, 4; Tooele. 2; Wener, 4 (1 in doubt.) The returns from preciacts not pre viously reported, as a rule slightly increase in-crease Cannon's majority and the total to-tal vote will give him a majority anywhere any-where from 1.600 to 2,000.
