Schofield was heard, tried and determined. de-termined. The result was that the attachment at-tachment was found to be legal and that the affidavit upon which it wa3 made waB true, hence the attachment was sustained. This in effect settles also the casebrouzht by S S. Jones of this city against Mr. Schofield who also attached certain of Mr. Schofield's property at Clear Creek; in fact settlement settle-ment oi the affair was made today by certain notes and mortgages being given by Mr. Schofield to the parties holding claims against him.
