Show QUMMONS-1N THE DISTRICT COURT OF the First Judicial District of the Terr it orr of Utah. Utah county. Elizabeth Blood, plaintiff, vs. Orson Blood, defendant, The people of the Territory of Utah send greeting to Orson Blood, defendant. You are hereby -j-eguircd to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plauitiff, in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the Territoi-y of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, there-in, within ten days, (exclusive of the day of service; after the service on you of this suin-" suin-" mons if served within this county; or, if served out ot this county, but iu this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to the prayer of this complaint. Tliu said acton is brought to obtain a decree ol this court dissolving tbe bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant; defend-ant; that plaintiff be restored to ail the rights and privileges of an unmarried person; that plaintiff be awarded the custody of her minor child. Robert Blood ; and that plaintiff be allowed al-lowed to resume her maiden name of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Laird, and for cjbvs of suit herein and for general relief. Plaintiff alleges that she was married to the defendant in the city of Provo, county of Utah and territory of Utah, on May 10, 169.3; that iier maiden came was Elizabeth Laird; that as an issue of said marriage mar-riage a son was born to piaintiff and defendant, defend-ant, to wit: Robert Biouu now one year old; that ever since said aiarriage plainiilf has been a loving, obedientaudduuiulwne: butthatin the mouth of July, 1892, defendant aeserted plain till and has ever since said dace absented himself irom plaintiff: that ever since said Julyl8U2 and during the time between said marriage and said July J892, defendant has wholly failed to contribute to the support or maintenance of plaintiff and eyer since the date last aforesaid, plaintiff has been compelled com-pelled to rely job ly upon ner own exertions for a support and livihood. For fuller and further perticulara reference is herebv made to the plaintiff's complaint now on file herein, a copy of which is hereto attached. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, and costs ol Buit, Witness the Hon.
