Show SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF the First Judicial District of the Territory Of Utah. Utah county. Elizabeth Blood, plaintiff, vs. Orson Blood, defendant. The people of the Territory of Utah send greeting to Orson Blood, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the District Court of tbe First Judicial District of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, there-in, within ten days, (exclusive of the day of service; after the service on you of this summons sum-mons if served within this county; or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default wiU be taken against you, according to the prayer of this complaint. . The said acton is brought to obtain a decree ol this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant; defend-ant; that plaintiff be restored to ait the rights aiid privileges of an unmarried person; that plaintiff be awarded the custody oi her minor child. Robert Blood ; and that plaintiff be allowed al-lowed to resume her maiden name of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Laird, and for costs of suit herein and for general relief . Plaintiff alleges that she was married to the defendant in the city of Provo, county of Utah aud territory of Utah, on May lu, ib'Ji; that her maiden name was Elizabeth Laird; that as an issue of said marriage mar-riage a son was born to plaintiff and defendant, defend-ant, to wit: Robert Blood now one year old; that ever since said marriage plaintiff has been a loving, obedient and dutitul wile; out that in the month of July, 1892, defendant deserted Elaintiff and has ever since said date absented imselftrom plaintiff; that ever since said July 1892 and during the time between said marriage and said July 1892, defendant has wholly failed to contribute to the support or maintenance of plaintiff and eyer since the date last aforesaid, plaintiff has been compelled com-pelled to rely soMy upon her own exertions lor a support and livihood. For fuurand further particulars reference is hereby made to the plaintiff's complaint now on file herein, a copy of which is hereto attached. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff wiU apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, aad costs oi suit.
