Show Mrs. Weidmark of the Second ward was examined this morning before Fro bate Judge Dasenderry and Drs. Simmons Sim-mons and Noyes as to her sanity. The poor woman was committed to the asylum and taken np to that institution institu-tion before noon. The older members of her family go with their lather to Bait Lake, the younger ones will be taken care of for a time here by friends who will be assisted by the county. There are hopes of her early recovery as it is thought that rest from worry, proper food and medical treatment will restore her mental equilibrium. She has been sickly, household duties and family cares haye been irksome, a horrible hor-rible dread of poverty has always been upon her, and all in all it has unbalanced unbal-anced her mind, eo much so that she has become . dangerous to her neighbors neigh-bors whom she has frequently threatened threat-ened with great injury of late. Marriage licenses have been issued to Isaac Chilton, aged 64, of Lehi, and JaneBowen, aged 58, of Salt Lake city; to M. II. Arries. aged 36, of Salt Lake and Zoe Humphrey, aged 23, of Sprlngrille. |
