Mrs. Hawley'8 boarding house at OasiB was Insured for 81,000.00 and the insurance was made payable to Taylor llomney & Armstrong in consideration of a mortgage they held on the property at the time the policy was written. On Otober 4th last the boarding-house was destroyed by lire. Plaintiff alleges al-leges that there remains due Taylor Komney & Armstrong only an unpaid balance of $369.' ,0, on the mortgage. Goodman has filed Euit in the First District court against the Mammoth Mining company for $15,-000.00 $15,-000.00 damage alleged to have been euetained by him in an accident in the Mammoth mine on Feburary 26th last.
