Show .Nineteenth. Century club. The usual meeting of the Nineteenth Century club occurred on Friday afternoon after-noon at the home of Mrs. Don it. Coray. The progam in the course ot study mapped out for the ensuing year gave ireeh promises of the riches in store for the members during the next twelve months. The ".Nieklangen Lied," th first paper in the historical course, waa well treated in a very able paper by Miss Josephine E. Kellogg, Mrs. Monahan was effectual in bringing the minds of the club back from the myths of "ye olden times," by a thorough reviewj of current events on our side of. the water. Rece88 and roll call came in regular order, when M:s, Bonhani presented the following resolutions: Whereas, Mrs. fiose has been for years a valuable and faithful member of the Nineteenth Cen'.ury club, and " Whereas, She now goes from our midst to continue berbbors in another place; therefore be it Eesolved, That th; club feels the loss of one ot its ablest and best members, mem-bers, and extends to her its good will and best wishes for her happiness and prosperity in her new home, and de sires that she be retained a3 an honorary honor-ary member of this club.
