Notice is hereby given by the city council of Trovo City, of the intention of said council to make the following described improvement, to-wit: To brine to proper grade and Macadamize with mountain gravel certain sidewalks and defray the cost thereof, excepting one-half the cost of bringing to grade, estimated at If 150.00 fifteen hundred dollars, by local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following fol-lowing described district, being the district to b affected or hpnefited hv said improvement, namely the sidewalks side-walks on J street from First street to Fifteenth 15th street, and on Seyenth street from A street to O street, and on E street from First street to Thirteenth 13th street. All protests and objections objec-tions to the carryin? out of such intention inten-tion must be presented in writing to the city recorder on or before the eighteenth day of March 1895, being the time set by said council when it 1 will hear and consider such objections ia be made thereto.
