You are hereby required to appear in an action ac-tion brought against you oy the aoove named plaintiff, in the district court of the First Judicial Ju-dicial district of the territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint t)'d therein, within ten days (exclusive or the day of service) after the service on vou of this summons if served within this county; or if served out of thia county, but in thia district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment judg-ment by dc-f ault will be taken against you. according ac-cording to praver of this cou.plamt. Tho said action is brought to obtain a decree of thia court lor the foreclosure of a certain mortgage described in the complaint, aud executed ex-ecuted oy the said David P. Felt and Addie Felt on April Htt, 1890. and given to secure pavment of a certain promissory note for the suinuf 15,000 with interest at ten percent, per annum from date until naid. signed by said David P. Feit and Addie Felt, aud addi ionally secured by a certain promissory note signed by Felt Olson & Co., fully set out ami described des-cribed in the complaint; - that the I premises conveyed thereby may be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of the costs and expenses of this action including an attorney fee of s.Viu.tK) as provided for in said mortgage and the amount found due as principal prin-cipal wiih iuterest '.hereon at 10 per cent, per annum from May 2, 1891; that the delendauts and all persons claiming, by.through or under them be foreclosed of .all right, title interest aud equity of redemption of, iu or to the said premises or any portion thereof, and that the lien of plaintiff b declared to be tho tirst on the premises described in said mortgage. For fuller particulars reference is hereby made to the complaint on hie. And you are heieoy notified that if you fail to appearand answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, and costs of suit.
