Show St. Pa ur Feb, S. At noon to-day the snow began falling in this city, and there has been promise of a blizzard bliz-zard during the afternoon. The storm is pretty genera! in the northwest, although" al-though" North Dakota scums to have escaped to a considerable extent. In South Dakota the storm that was raging rag-ing at Rapid City extended over the entire State. Aberdeen, Huron, Pierre and other points have reported a very severe bli;:zard. Tiie Ffoneer J'rc.x correspondent at Pierre says the worst blizzard since 1188 lias been i aging there since hist night, with little pivisi.ect of cessation.
