Wilson as guardian ad litem of Katie Hills, Louie Hills, Bertha Hills, Etta Hills and Stella HUls, and Katie Hills, Louie Hills, Bertha Hills, Etta HiUs and Stella Hills, defendants. The People of the territory of Utah send greeting to Edwaro. L. Jones as administrator of the estate of John E. H-lls deceased, Catherine Cath-erine Watson, Elizabeth Dennis, Emma D. Matthews E.A. Wilson as guardian ad litem ot Kat Hills. Louie Hills, Bertha Hills, Ella Hills and Stella Hills, and Katie Hills, Louie Hills, Benha Hills, Ella Hills and Stella Hills, defendants: You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, there-in, within ten days, (exclusive of the day of service; after the service on you of this summons sum-mons if servea within this county; or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or Judgment by default will be taken against you, according to the prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to abtain a judgr ment of this court that the said defendants be required to set forth, what, if any, title they have in and to certain real estate and water shares set out and described in the complaint and hereby referred to for fuller particulars, and that said title be declared by this court to be invalid and groundless ;and that the plaintiff be declared to be the true and lawful owner of and to said premises and every part thereof and of said shares of water; and that a decree of this court be entered quietiug the title of plaintiff in and to aid premises, and that such conveyance be executed by such party or parties as may be named by th court conveying convey-ing the title of the deceasd ohn E. Hills in and tq said premises and the said shares of water wa-ter to 'he said plaintiff, and that plaintiff may have such other and further relief as to this court may seem mete in the premises. Plaintiff Plain-tiff prays for general relief and for his costs herein expeadde. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff wiU apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, and costs of suit.
