Show SHERIFF'S SALE. Pursuant to an execution to me di rccted by the first Judicial District Court of" the Territory of Utah, 1 shall expose at public sale at the ftont door of the County courthouse in the City of Brovo, County of Utah and Territory of Utah, on the 25tn, day of January A. D. 1894, at the hour of 12 o'clock M. all the right, title, claim and interest of Albert F. Whipple, of, in, and to the following descriDed real estate to-wit: to-wit: Situate, lyine and being in section 13, Tp. 6, S. B. 2 E., Provo Citv, County Coun-ty of Utah and Territory of Utah. Commencing at the southwest corner of the north half of the southeast quarter quar-ter of section thirteen (13), in township six (6). south of range two (2) east, Salt Lake meridian, Utah County, Utah Territory; thence north twenty (20.00) chains; thence east (20.00) chains: thence south 7i deg. west 20.16 chains; thence west 18.50 chains to the place of beginning, containing an area of thirty-seven and one half acres. To be sold as the property of Albert F. Whipple, at the suit of Nathaniel Williams, said judgment assigned to Consolidated Implement Co. March : 31. 1891, to recover the sum of $714.37 and interest at the rate of 8 per cenu per annum from the 7th day of March 1891, and the sum of $39.45 costs of Suit and $2.50 accruing costs, and the costs of this sale.
