Show Assignee's Notice. Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that the undersigned was on the 27th day of April, 1894, made assignee, for the benefit of its creditors, of the Ha'es Brothers Company Com-pany of Spanish Fork, this county, maters in all kinds of building material, ma-terial, and general builders and wood w orkers. All persons indebted to the said firm are requested to make settlement of their accounts at once, and persons having claims against the firm will present them immediately The min, ! machinery and all merchandise on hand are offered for cash at bed rock pricts.
