Show First District Court, The case of the Rock Springs Irrigating Irri-gating company vs. James Bonnett et al, was concluded last evening. The curt's ruling awards the use of one-four: one-four: h of the Rock Springs canyon stream between May 20th and June 20th of each year to the defendants, the water to be apportioned to the various defendants, James Bonnett, Johna-than Johna-than Mecham, John eamountain. S. S. Cluff, W. S. Rawlines and John Meziner at the expense of the irrigation irriga-tion company. The irrigation comDanv pays the clerk's fees and the defendants defend-ants pay the reporter's fees. A decree of dissolution was granted the Utah Savings & Investment company com-pany of Mount Pleasant. In the case of T. C. jGroneman vs. J. V. Jones et al which was to have begun be-gun yesterday an order was made this morning continuing it for the term, asspssing coots to the amount of $25 to the plaintiff. W, H. Smith vs. National Bank of Commerce et al; fifteen days stay of execution ex-ecution was granted the defendant Jones, dating from May 1st.' Case on trial this morning is that in which Bent Johnson is plaintiff and Levi Opecshaw al defendant. This suit, is against the asepsor and collector col-lector for taxes paid by plain' iff, it be i claimed that h' is outside of municipal muni-cipal b.-nelits and 6houlJ not be required re-quired to pay city taxes. This case was ctaken under advisement advise-ment by the court. |
