Hemenway. and the Dixon Publishing company, a corporation, defendants. The people of ite territory ef Utah send greeting to Ireta Hemenway. C. W. Hemenway. Hemen-way. und the Dixon Publishing company, a corporation, defendants. You are hereby required to appear in an action ac-tion brought against you by the above named plaintiff. In tbe district court of the First Judicial Ju-dicial district of the territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive ot the day of service) after the service on vou of this summons if served within this county; or if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment judg-ment by delauit will be taken against you, according ac-cording to praver of this complaint. The said action hi brought to obtain a decree de-cree of this court for the foreclosure of a certain cer-tain mortgage described in the complaint, and execuxed by the said ireta Hemenway et ai,on tbe 16th day of Juiy. 192. to secure the payment of a certain promissory note of that dajo i'orio-OO.OO with interest at 10 per cent, per annum; that the premises conveyed thereby there-by may be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of said $2w0, with interest thereon there-on at 10 per cent. per annum from July 16, 1892, foi $50.00 attorney's .'ees and the costs of this suit; and in case such proceeds are n t sufficient suffi-cient to pay the same .then to obtain an execution exe-cution against said Ireta Hemenway et al for the balance remaining due, and also that the said defendants and all persons claiming by, through, or under thin, may be barred ana foreclosed of all right, title, claim, lien, equity of redemption, and interest in and to said mortgaged premises, and lor other and further fur-ther relief For fuller particulars reference is hereby made to the plaintiff's complaint now on file herein. And you are heieby notified ihat if you fail to appearand answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court tor th relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
