OCR Text	Show A CURIOUS CASE. William Spier, of Salt Lake, Falls Into the Hand9 of the Law. William Spier, of the Morgan hotel, Salt Lake, when at the depot last night, intending .o take the midnight train to Salt Lake, was arrested by the officers, who claim that he was drunk, and that the raiiroad officials had ordered or-dered them to take him. Spier denies that he was drunk, and was very in- dignantover being arrested, and declares de-clares that he will fight the city for it and that he has $750 to spend in the fight. He left 84.00 as a bond for hi8 appearance before Judge Noon this morning, and was released from custody. custo-dy. He stayed at the Cosmopolitan hotel during the night.
