Show DEMOCRACY AT HEBER. Judge Dusenberry and Hon. Wm. H. Kinar Instruct the People. W. II. Kinc and Judge Dusenberry were up from Provo and gave the good people of Ileber a first-class Democratic Demo-cratic lecture last Saturday night. Mr. Kinsr expounded the doctrine of Democracy De-mocracy in a very able manner and was followed by Judge Dusenberry. The Ileber Hall was filled with appreciative listeners. After the two gentlemen were through speaking, President Hatch arose and made a few remarks and advised ad-vised the people to withhold their decision decis-ion as to which parly they would connect con-nect themselves with until after they had heard the Republican side of the story next Saturday evening. Mr. King is a fluent speaker and his remarks called forth frequent applause from his audience. He gave a brief history nt the two political parties and explained in a very able manner the tariff ques- tion as viewed from a Democratic standpoint. lie showed how, under this system of taxation, the masse were taxed to foster and protect the favored classes; to encourage, maintain main-tain and build up mnnopolits: to oppress op-press the poor and aggrandize the rich; an-' to fill the coffers of the rich and the treasury of the nation from the h-'rd earnings of the laboring classes.
