Cost of Construction Placed at a Little Over One and a Half Million. Articles of association of the Tin tic Range Railway Company were tiled yesterday with the Territorial Auditor. The line begins at a point on the Rio Grande Western Railroad at Spanish ! Fork or Provo, or between said points in Utah county, and then runnk g in a general southwesterly direction to or nar iioshen, then across the East I Tintic lange of mountains, in a geu-I geu-I eral westerly course, by the Homans- ville Pass, or such other pass as may be found practicable, and into the Tintic mining district in Juab, to a point in or near Eureka, and thence to Mammoth Uollow; also, spurs or branches to mines, mineral deposits, smelting, reduction and sampling works accessible by spurs or branches from the main line, the entire .length being sixty-five miles, as nearly as the same can be estimated. The capital stock is 81,625,00 in 16,250 shares, at $100 per share. Of this. 8975,0X10, divided di-vided into 9,750 shares, shall be common stock and 8650,000 in 6,500 shares shall be preferred stock. The latter shall be entitled to over the common stock and shall be paid a preferred dividend out of the income applicable to dividends divi-dends to stockholders of 6 per cent, payable as the directors may determine. deter-mine.
