The said action is brought to obtain a decree of this Court, dissolving the bonds ol matrimony matri-mony heretofore and now existing between the plaintiff and you, said def jndanr, on the grounds that vou on or about the 31st day of .November, l.sy, disregarding the solemnity of your marriage vow, wilfully and without cause deserted and tibandoned plaintiff, and ever since have and still continue so to wilfully ami without cause desert and abandon plaintiff plain-tiff and to live separate from her, without any 6ufl cicnt cause or any reason, and against her will and without her consent; that for more thim one vear last past, to wit: from the 31st day of November, lssii, to the date hereof have wilfully neglected to provide for plaintiff the common necessaries of life, having the ability so to do, and compelled plaintiff to live on the charitvof her friends; that the care and cus-torv cus-torv of said children (mentioned in said com-pla'inti com-pla'inti be awarded to plaintiff; that you be required to pay a reasonable sum into Court to defray tiie expenses of this action, and lor counsel fees and for costs.
