It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said William J. Stewart. de-ceasod. de-ceasod. be and appear before the Probate Court of the County of I'tah, at the courtroom court-room of said court, in the County Court House, on the Sixth day of June. IS'd. at 10 o'clock a. in. then and there to show cause why. an order allowing- said final account and of distribution should not be made ol the residue of said estate among- the heirs and dev;es of the said William J.
