Show SHERIFF'S SALE. Pursuant to an order of sale to me directed by the district court of the First Judicial district, of tbe Territory of Utah, I shall expose at public sale at the front door of the county court bouse, in the city of Provo, county of Utah and Territorv of Utah, on the 17th day of January, A. D. 1S94. at 12 o'clock M the following described re:J estate, to-wit: The land and premises directed to be sold by this decree are situated, lieing and being in the county of Utah and Territory of Utah and bounded and particularly described as follows, to wit: All of that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Utah county and Utah territory, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the southeast south-east corner of the north half of the southeast quarter of section 13, township town-ship 6, south of range 2 east, Salt Lake meridian; thence west 22 50 chains; thence north 1i degrees, east 40.33 chains; thence east 18.50 chains; thence south 40.0(5 chain to the place of beginning. be-ginning.
