Show The Salt Lake Herald gives Bishop Booth of Provo credi' as being the most fair republican in tLo legislative council, coun-cil, and says without him the, majority would be at sea. The Herald says that the democratic members of the legislature threaten that if the Provo Enquirer is not kept off their desks they will strike out the enacting clause thereof.
