Braves Playout Game Against Gunnison with Win of 34-14 It was a slow game - and the lead was taken in the second quarter for 23 to 0 - giving N.S. a total of 30 points at the end of the half. Gunnison finally came out to put a TD on in the third quarter, plus added one more TD plus the two extra points for a score in the final of 14. The slow games give others a chance to play the game for a time, and get some experience! The North Summit Volleyball team had a fun evening last Thursday, Sept. 18, at South Summit High School. The Freshman team won all three games, JV won two but lost three to the victory for SSHS, and the Varsity walked away with the win with 3 wins 1 loss! Congratulations girls - and also congratulations to their coach - who was a trooper and came out to coach this special game after giving birth to their first little girl! - Ellie - who was born on Friday, Sept. 12!
