Folk Art Festival presents work of local artists Kathy Ockey The Museum of the San Rafael was a perfect backdrop for the items presented in the Folk Art Festival last week. There were many items from local artisans depicting arts and crafts made from older items, antiques or other items representing the past. Margaret Keller, Museum Director, said there are about 12 local citizens that have displays every year, along with contributions from other people to make it a nice event. She also said it gets better every year and it is a good place for people to display their work. It is also inside the building so the displays are protected from the elements and people can enjoy the displays at their leisure.
