Shea Fields Samuel Urie Elder Levi Swasey Wayne and Tracie Urie of Ferron are pleased to announce to marriage of their son, Samuel to Shea Fields, daughter of David and Amy Fields of Castle Rock, Wash. They will be married on Aug. 16, 2008 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held in their honor on August 16 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the home of Drew Buck, 2870 West 7420 South, West Jordan. A casual dress open house will be held two days prior on Aug. 14 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the home of Jeff and Gayle Ewell, 120 West 500 South, Ferron. Elder Levi Luke Swasey has accepted the call to serve in the Ecuador Quito Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the son of Merrill and Sandra Swasey of Castle Dale. He is also the grandson of Wayne and Elaine Wilberg of Castle Dale and the late Sherman and Birdie Swasey of Boneta, Utah. He will speak in the Castle Dale First Ward Sacrament meeting on Aug. 17 at 11 a.m. and he will enter the Missionary Training Center on Aug. 20. It’s an energizing shift. You don’t have to argue to support your ideas. To silently accept that everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion is stronger. Your understated approach will be appreciated by only the most intelligent people around. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). This is a day of false starts, as well as false finishes. Double-check everything. Take a thorough inventory before you leave the house and do it again when you get back home. Make it a point to try to understand everything that goes down. Your level of awareness has everything to do with your progress. SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You invest yourself in someone else’s happiness and in doing so find your own bliss. Tuesday brings a test -- you’ll learn what you need to learn. You may not be able to go everywhere others want you to go this weekend. But you can send your thoughts of peace, love and wellness to those who need them. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). You’re learning how to be in control of your emotions. You’re able to gently guide your thoughts to ideas that make you feel loved, excited, rich, lucky and free. After Thursday, events unfold unexpectedly but brilliantly all the same. This weekend, what was temporary seems more permanent, and vice versa. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). At the top of the week you are perfectly, delightfully unsure. Before you decide what to go for, check out how happy someone who already has it is. Wednesday brings new ideas. The help you get from others is invaluable, especially advice from someone without a vested interest in your affairs. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). A certain place in your heart is reserved for unconventional and hard-to-define relationships. You’ll be dealing in these very successfully this week. Maybe it’s a former love or a friend who is a competitor. You deftly handle the complexities, blurring some boundary lines and standing firm on others. PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Your reality is no accident. And this week it’s safe to assume that destiny is out to delight you. The people who contact you out of the blue will make you laugh. The people next to you on the transit system are strangely connected to you in ways that will go forever undiscovered.
