The. three weeks it took to paint the castle and Wizard of Oz scenery was a wonderful time. Beauty and the Beast was another creative set she helped with. Moody says that doing crafts at home often came handy when being creative for set pieces. She said dip and drape made fantastic trees and baby powder and confetti were the main ingredients for firing the cannon in Pirates of Penzance. During the set painting of Molly Brown, Moody was seven months pregnant and emotional. The director at that time was a yeller. She said she just yelled right back; all in fun, of course.
