Show -N £ W S- Spanish Fork SFJH teacher talent show Covering what matters most WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2008 • B5 TALENTED TEACHERS: The faculty at Spanish Fork Jr. High took center stage recently for the teachers' talent who. There were a variety acts including showtunes, rock performances, bluegrass, comedy routines, and the famous Chipmunks doing their special dance routine. It was a great opportunity to show our students that we can all cut loose and let our hair down sometimes. The students were impressed with the level of talent that exists among their teachers. Events like this go a long way when building a culture of unity in a school. As the song finished, Principal DeAnn Nielsen said that there would be another special visitor. As a surprise to Miss Groneman, her boy friend, Joseph Cope, came in and proposed to her in front of the whole school. As an interesting side note, last fall, Alexa Gowan, one of Miss Groneman's students, actually lined up her teacher, with Joseph Cope, who is Alexa's uncle. Thanks to Atexa's match-making ability, Miss Groneman got engaged and of course she said "Yes!" Courtesy photos 98,99,100! Brockbank Elementary students celebrate 100 days of school.
