is al ready in active service in france jesse fullmer son of mr and mrs theodore fullmer had a rather nar row escape from injury on tuesday when the automobile which he was driving was overturned after leav ing the east tintic gintic wagon road the car was stopped on a steep bill hill and when the brakes failed to work it slipped backward off the dug way fortunately the driver was thrown clear of the car and escaped aured following their announcement that all live stock found running at large would be placed in the city pound the officers have been doing quite an extensive business during the past few weeks about fifteen head of stock has been taken up in the last few days and the officers are determined that the practice of turning animals loose at night to roam at will over the city
