But Athletic Ticket Manager Ted Jacobsen might have to think twice before he decides just exactly what the new envi-- i ronment will have in store for him. Among other things, Ted Ls going to be in store for about three times more work, at least during the basketball season. The soon to be vacated Einar Nielsen has, or had, a seating capacity of about 5,100. The Special Events Center will house 15,000 fans, comfort-- , ably. So Ted. and his assistant, Monte Howard, have had their hands full the past few months lining up seats for the demand that has arisen. Up to now, 11,000 plus season tickets have been sold. Of that number, 6,500 have gone to the public, the remainder have been allocated to students. But with the increased load, Utahs athletic ticket personnel will have mere convenient working surroundings to serve the public. A large ticket area is located at tie main entrance of the arena. Ample stalls have been built to handle the large flow of ticket buyers, and a large area behind the ticket stalls was allocated for money handling. Assisting Jacobsen and Howard are students Dave Edmunds, Scott Mayne and Kent Norris.
