GIRLS: The Sen- ate Interior Committee sent an amended Golden Eagle passport bill to the Senate Monday. The measure would extend for three years the admission charge single-fe- e for federal parks and monuments, raising the fee from $7 to $10 a year. E. Moss, Sen. Frank of the is a bill. He said the fee boost is necessary to provide an additional $2 million a year for the land and water conservation fund. He said the single fee is more practical than the old system of individual fees for each use of national recreation areas. Another amendment proposed by Sen. Moss would allow some of the fees to be used to advertise the Golden Eagle program. The third change would make the program cover Army Corps of Engineers projects as well as National Park Service - administered areas. h, Mr. and Mrs. Michael R.
