Speakers will include Martin Rosen, Washington, D.C., executive vice president of International Finance the Corp., a branch of the World Bank; Charles Appleton Meyer, assistant secretary of state for Latin American affairs and Col. Alacide Inter-Americ- Nunes, governor of Para State, Brazil. The Paitners (National Association of the Partners of the Alliance) are private organizations in 74 U.S. and Latin American states and countries, operating as a partnership. Primary business money of the conference will be handled in meetings of six committees, with much of their work already planned in preliminary sessions. They will discuss w ith agriculture, emphasis placed on the development of human resources and the importance of an ample food supply; business and industry, including revolving small loan funds, trade and investment centers, financing, incentives and trade facilities; public health and medicine, which will cover training of medical and personnel, and regional community para-medic- Mat health programs and nication projects.
