Show notice to users state engineer s office salt I 1 ake city utah march 3 1916 notice is hereby given that H N mayo whose post off office ice address is salt lake city utah has made application in accor dance with the requirements ot of the compiled law lawf of utah 1907 as amended by the session laws of utah 1909 1911 and 1915 1916 to ap prop two and one half av second feet ot of water from dry herd canyon and six unnamed springs utah county utah said springs is sue at the following described points from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 35 township 10 south range 2 west vest salt lake base and meridian spring no 1 bears north 82 degrees 48 minutes west feet no 2 south 86 degrees 32 minutes west est feet no 3 south 87 degrees 50 minutes west feet no 4 south 89 degrees 40 minutes west feet no 5 south 88 degrees 11 minutes west 10 feet no 6 south 87 degrees 4 minutes west 11 feet the springs will be de by means of tunnels and drifts and the water will be allowed to flow down the nat ural channel of dry herd canyon from where it will be diverted to gether with the water appropriate 1 from dry herd can cannon on at a point which bears north 82 degrees as minutes west inest feet from the above described corner of section 35 and conveyed by means of a ditch and a pipe line f for or a distance of 9 0 09 0 feet and there used from april 1 to september 30 inclusive of each year to irrigate acres of land embrace ed in the west half of section I 1 township 11 south range 2 west As much of said water as may be will be used during the entire year for domestic proposes pru poses this application Is designated in the state engineer engineers s office as no all protests against the granting of said application stating the rea a sons etor must be made by affil davit in duplicate accompanied by a fee of 2 50 60 and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice IN D BEERS i state engineer date of first publication march 10 1916 date of completion of pub It li cation april 10 1916 |
