served a nine-yea- r temple mission at Manti and he was an ordinance worker for two years at the Salt Lake LDS Temple He is survived by his wife and two sons Bryant (Benita) and Neal (Judy) both of March 19 1994 in Las Vegas Ncv Maudean Gray was bom July 15 1958 Panguitch to Neal Raymond and Fay Haws Jepsen She was married to Jack Gray in Las Vegas later separated Todd Gray was bom Dee 10 1991 in Las V'cgas to Jack and Maudean Jepsen Gray At the lime of her death Mrs Gray was enrolled in the nursing program through Snow College at Sevier Valley Technology Center in Richfield Baadsgaard He married Elizabeth Oldroyd June 29 1962 in the Manti LDS Temple The couple moved to Rexburg in 1964 where he was a broadcasting instructor He was also the debate coach for 25 years at Ricks and was sound engineer for the Ricks Drama Department and recipient of a Teacher of the Year award at the college He was the debate coach at Ricks for 25 years and his teams won the national championships five of the 17 years they were qualified to attend He was also an airplane pilot and flight instructor He was also sound technician at the Idaho Falls Civic auditorium for many years He was active in after Jackson and Toby Martinez of the Fishlake Forest office described recycling efforts ongoing with the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management in Richfield About a year ago the two federal government offices began recycling paper and recently have been attempting to expand the project Prior meetings with Richfield City and Sevier County Commissioners led to the presentation to the Sevier County AOG Jackson explained how the program works in the Forest Service and BLM offices She also outlined some of the difficulties which had to be overcome to make recycling a viable program Martinez explained his vision for the program "Perhaps by the time the Utah Centennial arrives in 1996 we could have a model program in place to show the rest of the state” he said The fair will be open to the general public from 10 am to noon Students in grades four through 12 will present history research projects competing for the opportunity to advance to the state contest Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at 2:30 pm This year students arc exploring the theme "Geography in History: People Places Time" They will compete according to their age group in four different
