As you hopefully already know, the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator office moved to the Base Chapel (Building 475) and is now located in Basement Room B5. The main purpose for my words today is to tell you how the SARC can help with not only sexual assault cases, but can also guide you in the right direction in order to help you become a healthier person regarding the four dimensions of wellness. The four dimensions of wellness that I am talking about are as follows: The physical dimension which can be impacted by diet, fitness, sleep and alcohol consumption. The emotional dimension which can be impacted by how we feel about ourselves. The spiritual dimension which can impact our spiritual well-being and whether we have hope for the future. If the filmmaker is trying to dazzle with an array of violent car crashes, preposterous manipulations and over-the-top explosions, I'd have to quote that pioneer ghostbuster Dr. Peter Venkman and add, "Nice thinkin', Ray." Jerry Shaw (Shia LaBeouf) and Rachel Holloman (Michelle Monaghan) are two strangers doing their best to get by. Jerry has just returned from his twin brother's funeral, and Rachel just put her trumpet-playing son on a train to D.C. for a school road trip to perform in the nation's capital. Suddenly, they get a mysterious phone call. The voice (which I'm betting is Juli* anne Moore) says: Do what I tell you and your family will live. * Not the most pleasant of messages, but both quickly learn that listening and obeying might be a good idea. Thrust together, Jerry and Rachel do the voice's bidding, which sends them on a mission to retrieve a security See REVIEW I page 9 Dreamworks SKG Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan play the roles of two strangers thrown together by a woman's mysterious phone call sending them on a fast-paced chase by the FBI as she delivers a series of technological directives to the pair in order for them to elude capture. |
