Once again Eats Of Eden was the destination for the Utah Cobra Club’s fall rally. This year marks the fourth year that the Utah based club has come to Ogden Valley. This event has become larger and larger with more Cobras joining the parade each year. The Utah Cobra Club is open to all Cobra owners and takes part in many charitable events throughout the summer. The approximate 60 members of the UCC participate in many small town parades and car shows. Hopefully, Valley residences were able to stop and see these powerful machines up close. The car owners are always eager to answer any questions from other car enthusiasts. Here are some of the things we have accomplished since 2006: • Supported record economic growth and good management practices which resulted in more than $220 million in tax cuts during the past two years. • Invested record amounts in public education and increased teacher compensation by more than $120 million. • Funded a veterans’ nursing home in Weber County that will provide new jobs to our local economy. • Passed legislation that will curtail the mortgage fraud problem that has driven up Utah’s interest rates and housing prices.
